Bonsai Quilt Indian Cotton

A folky black and white floral Indian block printed quilted fabric, perfect for quilted jackets, gilets, cushions or coats. 

These fabrics are quilted with straight lines every 1cm. Every metre or so you will get a stitching line aross the width of the cloth.

One side of the cloth is black with large white flowers and the other side is black with a small white dot detail. 

We are selling this cloth in 1/4 yard increments. 

  • 100% Cotton / 100% Cotton Batting
  • Approximate width: 38" (98cm)
  • Weight: 9.1oz, 311.3gsm
  • Country of origin: India 
  • Quilting runs parallel to the selvedge
  • Please note: Indian hand-printed cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws
  • This fabric is hand dyed. For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running.
  • Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do no tumble dry.
