Cozy unisex sweatshirt, dress or nightshirt. Loose, comfortable shape with dropped shoulders.

Sweatshirt : hip length
Dress : just above the knee.
Nightshirt : made in jersey, it becomes a loose tee-shirt or a nightshirt. 
Optional armhole ruffles. Ribbed or stretch material at the bottom of the body, cuffs and collar.

Skill level : Beginner

What you will learn with this pattern:
  • neck ribbing
  • cuffs and lower body
  • create ruffles at armholes

Age range :  3-12 years

Suggested Materials:

  • Terry fabric, Jersey (to get a loose sweatshirt), Cotton or cotton/elastan
  • second fabrics : Rib fabric (for cuffs, collar and bottom band)

FYI,  the main update for the child pattern is an extension of the sweatshirt version in dress; to get the dress length above the knee, you'll just have to extend the lines of PATTERN pieces in front and back
