Mod Melons Quilt Top - 3 sessions

Time for a refreshing summer treat–what could be fresher than a whole pile of watermelon slices? In this quilt top pattern, mix and match a variety of fun colors in these fun quarter circle blocks. If you’ve mastered straight seams and want the challenge of curves, these quarter circle blocks are very forgiving and a great introduction. Designed by Suzi Quilts for birch fabrics.

Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

• Level:  Experienced beginner/intermediate - you have successfully completed Quilting Basics and Quilting II or equivalent.
• We provide:  a printed copy of the pattern, expertise, tools, and machines.
• You bring: 1 1/2 yd OR 5 Fat Quarters for Melon colors, Assorted fabrics totaling 1 1/2 yd OR 5 Fat Quarters for Rind colors, 3 ½ yards for background color. (Optional: large scraps for seeds applique). Don't forget that we offer 15% off all your workshop supplies.
